  2. Information and Accuracy

    We aim to provide accurate and up-to-date information. However, all property details, pricing, availability, and specifications are subject to change by developers or relevant parties without notice. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of such information.

  3. No Investment Advice or Guarantee

    Any information, projections, rental yields, or market insights provided are for general informational purposes only and do not constitute financial or investment advice. Except where expressly stated in a separate written agreement, we do not guarantee any investment returns or performance.

  4. Rental Guarantees and Return Structures

    Certain properties may be marketed with rental guarantees or projected returns. Such guarantees, where applicable, are provided by the relevant developer, operator, or third party, and are subject to the specific terms set out in the relevant agreements.

    We do not independently guarantee any rental returns or investment performance unless expressly agreed in writing. Where we assist in structuring or facilitating such arrangements, our role is limited to coordination and introduction. We are not responsible for the performance or obligations of any third party.

  5. Client Responsibility and Due Diligence

    You acknowledge that property purchases involve risks. You are responsible for conducting your own due diligence and obtaining independent professional advice (including legal, financial, or tax advice) before making any decision.

  6. Introduction and Non-Circumvention

    Where we introduce you to any property, developer, or partner, such introductions are made through our efforts. You agree not to bypass, circumvent, or engage directly with such parties for the same transaction or opportunity without our involvement.

  7. Third-Party Relationships

    Any transaction you enter into is between you and the relevant developer, seller, or service provider. We are not a party to such agreements and shall not be liable for the actions, omissions, or performance of any third party.

  8. Limitation of Liability

    To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss arising from:

    • Your reliance on information provided
    • Any transaction entered into with third parties
    • The performance or non-performance of any property, developer, or investment
  9. Communication

    By engaging with us, you agree that we may contact you through the contact details you provide, including via phone, email, or messaging platforms, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

  10. Data Usage

    Your personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

  11. Amendments
